Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

All shipments require Signature Confirmation for secure delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

You may return unused candles in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

5.2. Refunds

Refunds are issued after we inspect the returned product and confirm it is unused and undamaged.

If your order arrives damaged contact us within 48 hours

Provide clear photos of:

• the damaged item

• the packaging

• the shipping label

If damage is confirmed, we’ll send a prepaid return label and offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Stop burning when the candle reaches ½ inch from the bottom
