Return Policy

We accept returns of unused candles in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Damaged or Broken Items

If your candle arrives damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo evidence of the damage.
Once the damage is confirmed, we will:

  • provide a prepaid return label, and

  • offer either a full refund or a replacement.

Damage claims cannot be processed without photos.

Signature Confirmation

All orders are shipped with Signature Confirmation Required to ensure secure delivery. If the customer chooses to waive signature confirmation, they assume full responsibility for loss or theft after delivery.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
